Scottsdale Pediatric Health Psychology operates on a private-pay basis and does not bill or accept direct reimbursement from private insurance or Medicaid (AHCCCS).

For families who have out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request. Families may submit the superbill to their insurance provider to determine whether they are eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by the individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Debit cards

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Debit Cards

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit Cards

  • Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Debit Cards
